Description
Iloform™ Stick Wax is a blend of solid lubricating waxes used for a wide variety of machining and drawing operations,
including sawing, threading, cutting, tapping, spinning, grinding, sanding, drilling, turning, and milling. It is suitable for
use on all metals (including aluminum), plastics, fiberglass, wood, hardboard, and many other materials. It is also an
excellent general-purpose solid lubricant.
Application
Periodic application of Iloform Stick Wax directly on cutting surfaces of dies, tools, saw blades, grinding wheels, sanding
belts, etc. improves performance. This unique blend of waxes coats metal tools with a long-lasting film that resists
abrasion over a wide temperature range. One application retains its lubricating properties over many machining cycles.
As a general-purpose solid lubricant, Stick Wax can be conveniently applied to windows, doors, zippers, fasteners,
hinges, slides, tracks, and many other areas for reduced friction and smooth movement. Iloform Stick Wax offers the
outstanding lubricating properties of wax in a convenient cardboard tube. This stick lubricant can be applied manually as
